Sleep problems are unfortunately extremely common, and can have many different causes. They also can result in other health and quality of life issues.

  • Impact on function during the day, including at work

  • Relationship stress

  • Increased risk of cardiovascular disease, including heart attack and stroke

  • Safety issues while driving, or operating heavy machinery

  • Poor wellbeing and general health, including mental health

During a sleep assessment, we conduct a full examination of your airways, including a camera examination of the nose and throat in the office. We also may arrange sleep studies, scans and referrals to other specialists.

There is no 'one size fits all' approach to sleep problems, and we work collaboratively with many other professionals to come up with a tailored solution for you. These may include;

  • Sleep physicians

  • Your GP

  • Sleep Technicians

  • Dentists

  • Allergist / Immunologists
